These Terms of Service govern the use of this website and the transfer services offered by VAP Turizm. For consumers, mandatory provisions of the Turkish Law on Consumer Protection and Distance Contracts apply.
Parties and scope
These terms apply between you and VAP Turizm for VIP transfer and related travel services requested through this website or WhatsApp.
Service description
We provide chauffeured VIP transfer and travel services. Requests submitted through the site are not automatically confirmed; a booking becomes binding only after we send a written confirmation and quote.
Quotes and booking
Prices are provided individually based on your route and requirements. A contract is formed once you approve our quote and complete payment via the link we provide.
Payment
Payment is completed through secure payment methods after you approve the written quote. Applicable currency, taxes and any additional charges are stated in the quote before you confirm.
Cancellation and right of withdrawal
Cancellation and, where applicable, the statutory right of withdrawal are subject to the mandatory rules for distance and consumer contracts. Specific conditions and any exceptions for scheduled transport services will be stated in the confirmation.
Liability
We deliver our services with due professional care. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Turkish law. Consumers may apply to the competent consumer arbitration committees and courts.
