Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how VAP Turizm processes your personal data in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK No. 6698) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). It describes what data we collect, why, and the rights available to you.

Personal data we process
We process identity and contact details you provide (name, e-mail, phone number), transfer request details (pick-up and drop-off locations, date, time, passenger count, luggage and notes) and technical data such as your IP address and, subject to your consent, analytics identifiers.
Purposes and legal basis
We process your data to prepare quotes, arrange and deliver your transfer, communicate with you and meet our legal obligations. The legal bases are the performance of a contract, our legitimate interests, your explicit consent (for analytics cookies) and compliance with legal obligations.
Sharing with third parties
Your data may be shared with our chauffeurs and service partners solely to fulfil your transfer, with e-mail and hosting providers acting as processors, and with public authorities where legally required. We do not sell your personal data.
International transfers
Some of our processors (e.g. e-mail delivery and analytics) may operate outside Türkiye or the EEA. Where this occurs, transfers are safeguarded through appropriate legal mechanisms in line with KVKK and GDPR.
Retention period
We keep your personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above and for the periods required by applicable law, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
